14 AFROTC Seniors Get 'Student' Awards

Fourteen Air Force ROTC seniors received "Distinguished Student" awards yesterday from Col. Frank P. Bostrom, professor of Air Science, at the final fall Air Force drill.

The recipients were chosen on the basis of leadership, both at College and at summer training camp. They had to be in the top third of their College class as well as their ROTC class to qualify.

Leading the group was Cadet Col. Daniel A. Kavanaugh. Others were: Douglas K. Boyd, Thomas Campbell, Sidney L. Cimmet, Robert J. Donahue, Carl A. Goldman, Richard E. Goldsmith, Michael Lay, John W. McNealy II, David W. Maher, Usher A. Moren, George M. Notter, Jr., Howard P. Smith, and Robert B. Stimpson.
