The freshman "H" football squad, hindered by penalties, was only able to gain a slim 13 to 7 victory over a weak Tabor Academy eleven Saturday.
On five occasions the Yardlings brought the ball down within their opponents' five-yard line without scoring. Three other times the freshmen actually did score, only to have a penalty nullify the play.
Bill Meehan returned a Tabor kickoff 30 yards for the first Crimson touchdown and George Hasiotis caught a 20-yard pass from Joe Herlihy for the Yardlings' final score in the fourth period.
