NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

"Happy Medium," 108th annual version of the Hasty Pudding Theatrical, will not be given in New York this year, it was announced last night, even though it will be presented in four theatres outside Cambridge.

The show, based on a situation similar to the recent Phenix City, Ala., scandals, will open at the Pudding Theatre November 30, and after a two-week stand, will tour New Haven and New Canaan, Conn., Pleasantville, N.Y., and Northampton, Mass. No reason was given for dropping New York City from the itinerary this season.

Book for the production is by Jerard K. Hartman '55, music by Michael Lay '55, lyrics by Henry S. Ziegler '55, and producer is Walter D. Littell '56. Donn Fischer is director.
