The freshman soccer team scored its third straight victory yesterday, over a supposedly mediocre Dartmouth squad.
The Yardlings entered the game heavy favorites but needed a lucky break to get off with a 2 to 1 victory. Shad Tubman continued his high scoring, tallying both Crimson goals, the first at 3:15 of he first period, the last after nine minutes of the final period, the last after nine minutes of the final period. His second goal was somewhat of a fluke, being deflected off a Green fullback into the goal. For three periods Dartmouth threatened, but only scored once.
