St. Clair Hits Probes At H.Y.D.C. Meeting

James D. St. Clair LL.B. '47, the Army's assistant counsel in the McCarthy hearings this spring, told the Young Democrats last night that Congress should keep clear of the President's powers.

He criticized the President's "Gag Rule" as hampering the Army's case.
