Cochran, Ross Ready For Columbia Game

Varsity ends Bob Cochran and Joe Ross appeared ready for Columbia tomorrow after taking a full practice session yesterday.

Ross was bumped in the Cornell game, while Cochran didn't play at all against the Big Red because of a bad shoulder.

meanwhile the varsity wrapped up its preparations for the Lions by working on pass defense and punting practice. Matt Botsford and Bob Cowles stood out in the kicking drill as Coach Lloyd Jordan moved to improve the Crimson's 25.7 punting average against Cornell.
