Carl Binger '10, psychiatric consultant to the Radcliffe medical staff, will present one of six new extension seminars offered at Radcliffe this fall. he will give a 16-week evening course in the history of psychiatry.
The series, which starts November 1, will make available part-time college study for married or working women who wish to continue their organized education. The other courses in the 16-week series will be in history, poetry, religion, and philosophy of science.
Binger, before coming to Radcliffe, served with the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research and taught at Cornell's Medical College. Three other lecturers for the courses have been or are connected with Harvard.
