Toohey Links Dunster Theft With Other Petty Robberies

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

University Police Chief Matthew Toohey yesterday linked a theft of over $100 in cash and valuables from Dunster House with similar jobs reported several weeks ago at Leverett and Hastings Houses. "Whoever it is, he has been having a great time of it," Toohey said.

The recent caper occurred in F and G entries of Dunster at about 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 17.

The unknown bandit, seen only by a newsboy who could not identify him, made the rounds of the open rooms of G entry, taking a watch costing $100 from William M. Gurton '56 and then $30 in cash from Roger Raquart '54 in F entry.
