The undefeated varsity squash team goes after its fifth and sixty wins of the season this weekend, when it invade Connecticut for games with underdogs Trinity and Wesleyan.
This afternoon at 4 p.m. the varsity meets Trinity at Hartford; tomorrow the Crimson takes on Wesleyan at Middletown, Conn, Neither opponent is expected to give the varsity more than a stiff workout.
Coach Jack Barnaby will start much the same line-up that he has used successfully against Navy, McGill, Dartmouth, and M.I.T. this season. Haddon Tomes will play number one with Larry Brownell and Bill Wister in their regular two and three spots.
Captain Mike Ward is number four man this week, and John Rauh will play in the number five position. Tod Rose Guy Paschal, Paul Garrigue, and Bob Brown round out the Crimson line-up.
Freshmen Open Season
The freshman squad opens its intercollegiate season this weekend, also playing two away matches. The Yardlings will meet the Williams freshmen at Williamstown today, and then go to Middletown with the varsity tomorrow to meet their Wesleyan counterparts.
