Fencing Medal Won by McNair

George McNair, captain of the fencing team, won the New England Free Weapon Championship yesterday.

In an open tournament held at M.I.T., McNair won seven out of eight matches losing only to George Younice of the Boston Fencing Club. Placing behind McNair were Ed Washwell of the Boston Fencing Club, Younice, and Len Rin, a Syracuse alumnus.
