Crimson Seeks 5th In Heptagonal Meet

Crimson track men will try to battle their way out of the Heptagonal cellar when they meet the Ivy League plus Army and Navy at Cornell today.

Army is the strong favorite to continue its Heptagonal winning streak, with Cornell and Yale the only other teams having an outside chance to win. Coach Bill McCurdy thinks his squad will crack the top five, since the bottom six teams in the ten team field are all fairly evenly matched.

Bob Twitchell and Bob Curran are both almost certain to score. Twitchell can win the hurdles if he has a good day.
