Four experts on eastern Europe will appear on a United Nations Council panel tonight to discuss "Can Eastern Europe be Liberated?"

Bruce C. Hopper, associate professor of Government, Rowmund Pilsudski, member of the Polish Political Council, the Polish government in exile, and Paul E. Zinner, former member of the U.S. State Department and a member of the Russian Research Center will speak on the panel, which will be moderated by Alex Inkeles, member of the Russian Research Center.
