Shepard Confers on Rules

Varsity basketball coach Norm Shepard is currently attending the National Collegiate Athletic Association's convention of coaches at Kansas City.

The coaches are expected to discuss possible revisions of present NCAA rules, including the Association's controversial one-and-one foul rule. Many coaches have charged that the one-and-one rule has not fulfilled its purpose of reducing fouls.
