HLU Plans to Publish New Magazine in May

The Harvard Liberal Union has announced the publication in may of "The New Generation," a new magazine discussing "the fundamental problems of contemporary liberalism."

The magazine will include articles on "Academic Freedom" and "Race Relations in the South," contributed by Harvard students. Editor will be Frank Goodman.

In a letter to the Liberal Union, Reinhold Neibuhr said: "A magazine under the auspices of the Harvard Liberal Union will be welcome in thoughtful liberal circles."
