Judge Irving Ben Cooper addresses the Harvard Law School Forum on prevention of criminal repetition tonight at 8 p.m. in Langdell Hall.

Concentrating upon youths in crime, the chief justice of New York's Court of Special Sessions will describe improved systems of parole and of investigation. He will also discuss the role of the judge in crime prevention.
