Jean Nocher, a Gaullist Deputy, suggested today that Maurice Therez, absentee French Communist boss who flow to the Soviet Union three years ago, be listed on the roles of the French Assembly as "missing."

In doing so, M. Nocher suggested the Assembly follow the precedent set by the Council of the Republic. One of its members from the Ivery Coast of the French Union, who may have been eaten by his constituents, is carried on the roles as "missing." --N. Y. Times, Feb. 5
