The following announcement appeared in the Fall, 1953, issue of the bulletin of Phi Lambda Kappa, a medical fraternity:

Dr. S. Bernard Weinstein, Associate Professor of Clinical Gynecology in the Tulane School of Medicine, has been elected President of the American Society for the Study of Sterility. He has just completed a one-year term as President of the International Fertility Association.
