Winter Crime Competitions for All Boards Will Open Tonight at 14 Plympton Street

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Harvard CRIMSON, undergraduate daily, will open its winter competition at 7:30 p.m. tonight at 14 Plympton St.

No previous experience is needed.

Eight-week tryouts for all boards will start for all freshmen, sopohmores, and juniors interested. Casting aside his usual iron handed grip over the Crime's money sacks, the Business Managers last night announced that there would be free beer for all comers.

The CRIMSON'S President, Michael Maccoby '54, will outline the requirements of the competition, and later in the evening other editors will describe the workings of the news, editorial, photo, and business boards.

Candidates will find their experience an asset in college work as well as valuable training in journalism.
