Colgate's Red Raiders were struck another blow by injuries, as Coach Hal Lahar continued drills preparing for the team's game with the Crimson here Saturday.
Senior Chuck Cooley, a starting half-back, mysteriously fainted in ROTC drill, and missed practice. It is not yet known how long he will be out. Also injured yesterday was substitute quarterback John Owen, who may be out of the Saturday game.
The injuries followed the loss of the team captain, Gary Chandler, the Raiders' left halfback. Substitutes Frank Nardulli and Ted Vurdeff have been working out at Chandler's post. It is not known how long he will be out, either.
