Year's First '57 Dance Planned for Saturday

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Freshmen will hold the first class function of their University lives Saturday night. The newly-elected Union Committee has scheduled an informal dance after the Dartmouth game.

Called "57th Heaven," the dance will be open to all freshmen who can make it to the Union and gather the $2.40 necessary for admission. It will be held from 8:30 to 12 p.m.

The Yardlings have not signed a band yet, but they are negotiating for a jazz group, and have guaranteed refreshments.

The dance was scheduled in the first meeting of the Union Committee, the most important representative organization of the freshman class.
