Crimson skiers move into the hills of New Hampshire to take part in the Amherst Winter Carnival which begins this morning.
Meanwhile, the freshman team skis at the Dublin School. In the afternoon the varsity and freshman squads both compete in the Lebanon cross country races and the jumps.
The varsity returns to Amherst Sunday morning while the freshmen, led by Captain Charlie Beveridge, ski in the downhill championships at Sunapee, N.H. In the afternoon the teams again combine for a return engagement at Lebanon.
This weekend's activity is only the second competition of the season for the skiers. Early in January the team finished sixth at Lyndonville, Vt.
