The Harvard Debate Council yesterday announced the names of its officers for 1953. President of the council will be Gerald W. Gorman '54.

Other officers chosen were Richard A. Levin '54, Competitions Director; Robert C. Effors '54, Corresponding Secretary; Arthur J. Goldblutt '55; Homes Secretary; John A. Miskimen '54, Treasurer; and James H. Wolfe '55, Publicity Director.
