Hockey Writers Again Name Crimson Sextet As Top Team in East

Harvard was again voted the top hockey team in the East at the weekly Hockey Writers luncheon in Boston last Monday. The Crimson was the top choice last week, also.

At the same time, Dick Clasby and Captain Wink Burtnett of B.C. tied for second place behind Paul Whelan of B.U. for the Star of the Week title. Whelan received 13 votes, while Clasby and Burtnett each received two.

In the team tabulations Harvard had 130 votes. B.U. was second with 112 1/2 and B.C. was third with 108 1/2 Princeton with 76N Yale with 68. Northeastern with 65, and Brown with 57 followed in that order. Harvard has already beaten both top contenders B.U. and B.C.
