Professor of Law Robert R. Bowie left Cambridge yesterday to spend a week in Europe working with other jurists on the drafting of a European Constitution. The Constitution would regulate Western European nations as proposed by the so-called Schuman plan for a United Europe.
Bowie teaches Government Regulation and other courses at the Law School. During Bowie's absence his courses will not be given, but all classes will be made up upon his return to this country.
