The books of justice closed yesterday on the last two cases of the recent Pogo riot. The two students who originally appealed their one-day sentences to the House of Correction went back to East Cambridge Court and withdrew their cases.
Like the preceding 26 men, Richard C. Wheeler '52, and Maynard F. Powning '53, pleaded nolo contendere and had their cases placed on file. Neither of them will have to go through with the sentence.
