"My wife Peggy and I were pretty excited to see our picture (left) in the August 14 issue of LOOK (What's on America's Mind). Imagine our surprise to reappear as part of LOOK Recalls the Turbulent Era (March 20). The picture, as I remember it, was taken in the Greyhound bus station in Washington. D. C. Peg and I were on our honeymoon. I guess we looked a little glum because I was scheduled to leave in a few days for Korea.

I thought your readers might like to see us looking a little more cheerful. I was discharged from the Marines recently after a four-year hitch.
