Eight Graduating Med School Men Get Prizes Today

Eight Medical School seniors will be honored this morning at Class Day exercises in the schools quadrangle.

Winner of the Christian Prize, awarded for scholarship and promise, is Howard Rasmussen of Washington, D.C.

Donald P. MacDonald'4s of Cambridge will be awarded the Maimonides Award of the Greater Boston Medical Society for worthiness, of character, John B. Thomas, of Hurtford, Conn., receives the Massachusetts Medical Society Prize.

A three-award winner will be Kenneth J. Ryan of Savana, III. His prizes are all for research. Hugh R. Dudley, Jr. '48 of Huntington, West Virginia, will receive the Harvard Alumni Association Award.

Winners of the Boylston Prize for the excellence of their medical dissertations are: First Prize, Stanton Segal of Camden, N.J. Second Prize, William L. Morgan, Jr., of Honolulu. Honorable Mention, James S. Bernstein'48, of Brooklyn.
