To students who will be called into court either as defendants or as witnesses at a time which conflicts with one of their final examinations:

Such students will be given either the choice of requesting a make-up examination, to be administered in October 1952, or the opportunity of taking their examination on the same day under a special proctor.

In either case, these students should report immediately to Mrs. Barre, University Hall A, so that the necessary arrangements can be made in advance.
