An unfortunate disqualification cost the varsity 12 points and the Boston Dinghy Club cup as well, in the Charles regatta this weekend.

M.I.T. scored 197 points, the Crimson 1871/2, with the rest of the 11-team fleet trailing behind.

John Bishop (crewed by Butch Horner and Tim Brown) finished second in Division A, with 94 points, eight-and-one-half behind Tech's Jake Kerwin.
