President Conant announced Saturday a new program for training educational administrators in the Graduate School of Education beginning next fall.
Speaking in St. Louis at the Associated Harvard Clubs meeting, Conant said that the "case method" of teaching will be used in the program, which will include only 20 men this year and which will lead to the three-year degree of Doctor of Education.
