Adams and Kirkland each won a close intramural baseball game yesterday, with Adams gaining its third successive win.
Kirkland shaved Dudley in a 7 to 6 game. Ed Blodgett drove in the winning run in the last half of the seventh inning. Don Cass continued his winning streak for his third pitching victory.
Ev Bradley led his Adams mates to a 3 to 0 shutout. The hero of the game was rightfielder Lou Loudani, who made a diving catch of a drive to right field with the bases loaded and no men out in the fifth inning, and turned it into a double play. The last man in the inning popped up to end the threat.
