Ambassador Chand Will Talk Here at Summer Conference

William Y. Elliott, Summer School Director, announced yesterday that the Indian Ambassador to, Iran, Dr. Tara Chand, has accepted an invitation to take part in two conferences at the 1952 session of Summer School.

The conferences in which Clrand will participate will be on "The Contemporary Moral Crisis," July 14 through July 16, and "The Philosophy of History," July 21 and 22.

Before his appointment as Ambassador, Chand was Secretary and Educational Advisor in India's Ministry of Education.
