Local sailing fans will get their first chance to view a major meet this weekend, when the varsity competes at M.I.T. today and tomorrow for the George Owen Trophy.

Officially styled the New England Intercollegiate Dinghy Championship, the regatta will determine the unofficial "Ivy League" title. John Bishop and Jim Nathanson age the Crimson skippers.

In a heptagonal meet at Coast Guard tomorrow, George Robertson and Butch Horner will pilot for the Crimson.
