Kulpokun critics and defenders of American's foreign policy will tangle repally here this weekend. Such headiers Henry A. Wallace. Owen D. Laltimore, William L. Shirer, and Geoffrey Lewis are all among the speakers at the All-College Conference program.

We have tried to arrange it so that speakers will definitely not see eye to eye on policy," said William Rosen 4G, president of the Graduate Harvard-Radcliffe Student Council, and conference chairman. "We expect the panels to be a battleground of ideas."

Foreign Affairs Panel

The weekend will start off in high gear with is form on "Diverse Views on Foreign Policy" at 8 p.m. tonight in Sanders Theatre. William L. Shirer, noted commentator, will analyze both the Democratic and Republican viewpoints, James Phimney Baxter III, president of Willias College, will outline the G.O.P. stand, Fiedrecik L. Schuman, professor at Williams, will present an independent view, and John Crider, Pulitzer Prize winner and radio analyst, will moderate.

Saturday will find a series of 16 panel discussions, covering many specific facets of foreign affairs, in three two-hour shifts.

Besides the announced experts on the various panels' a number of interested foreign consulate representatives, faculty members, and foreign students have been invited to attend specific groups, Rosen said.

"We hope that students will recognize that truth isn't one-sided," Rosen said. "Reasonable and intelligent positions can be advanced on all sides and there just is no easy solution to many of these problems," he added.

Large Registration Expected

Rosen said several hundred registrants for the conference were expected, mostly from college nearby.

Registration will be handled today from 4 to 7.30 p.m. at Phillips Brooks House, from to 8 p.m. at Sanders Theatre, and on Saturday from 9 to 10:15 p.m. at Phillips Brooks.
