Over 400 A.R.O.T.C. cadets will be inspected and pass in review before a federal inspecting party today at 2:30 p.m. on the lacrosse field.
This inspecting group will be composed of Colonel John Chalfont, the Inspector General of the First Air Force, his party of aides, and Associate Dean Watson, who will represent the University.
Following the inspection, three members of the advanced course will receive medals in recognition of their scholastic work, leadership and soldierly bearing. The recipients will be Cadet Colonel Jack L. Wagner '52, Cadet Major Berthold Putman '52, and Cadet Tech Sergeant Otto F. Grote '53.
The medal winners will all become part of the reviewing group, after they have received their awards.
