Friedrich Will Confer On New Constitution For Union of Europe

Carl J. Friedrich, professor of Government, will leave for France and German Sunday, April 27, he announced yesterday.

In Paris, he will consult with travel jurists about preparation of the Hochschulefeur draft for a constitution for United Europe.

Following the Paris conference, Fried rich will travel to Berlin to dedicate a new building of the Hochschulefeur politick in the Free University of Berlin.

Friedrich expects to return to Cambridge in about two weeks.
