Leverett softballers came up with 15 runs in the final inning yesterday to beat Lowell, 19 to 10, in a free swinging contest. Bunny Lou Chizer showed remarkable early season form as he pitched the final six innings allowing only one run.
In the other House softball tilt Kirkland crushed Dunster, 17 to 9, with Steve Willoughby doing the hurling. This game was marked by a lack of control as the Deacons got eight runs on only two hits in one inning.
Eliot edged Lowell, 4 to 3, in tennis.
