Winthrop's Tony Caimi captured the finals in the sabre division of the House fencing tournament last night, winning three straight finals matches with out a defeat.
Second was Gil Alwang of Kirkland, who won two matches and lost one. Kirkland took third place when John Hamel finished with one win and two defeats. Dunster's Ed Schroeder placed fourth in the meet. Epee finals will be held today.
In House volley ball games yesterday, Dunster beat Dudley, 2 to 0, Kirkland topped Eliot, 2 to 1, Winthrop shut out Adams, 2 to 0, and Lowell beat Leverett by the same score. Final games will be played this afternoon.
