Touring squash players from Cambridge University in England are scheduled to take on the Crimson here March 24, coach Jack Barnaby announced last night.
The five-man squad from Cambridge docks in America March 19. During the next two weeks, it will play matches against most of the East coast's top college and city teams, including Yale, Army, Dartmouth, Boston, and New York.
The Britishers are reported to have a fairly strong squad, according to Barnaby, but he said last night that with the regular season long over, most of his men "will be treating this mainly as a social event." Barnaby has mailed American squash balls to England, and says Cambridge is also practicing in the larger American type court.
While at the University, the Cambridge squad will be guests at a cocktail party and a dinner in Eliot House. They leave the next day for matches in Boston.
