Varsity Skiers Place Seventh In Ski Club's Meet at Bromley

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Four bare points would have given Crimson skiers third place, but as it was they could fare no better than seventh at the Ski Club's annual invitation meet at Big Bromley yesterday. Middlebury emerged victor over a field of 12 of the East's top teams.

Dick Ireland of Middlebury won the giant slalom, with Crimson skiers, Captain John Houser and Whitey Black placing 13th and 18th.

Freshman skiers had to settle for second place in their last meet of the season held at Vermont Academy yesterday.
