Leverett Shellacks 'B' Yardling Squad 68-38

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A fast Leverett "A" League basketball five shellacked the freshman "B" squad, 68 to 38, yesterday in an extra game. All other teams were idle. Ned Maroni with 20 points, Julie Garelick with 16, and Buck O'Connor with 14, paced the Bunnies.

The Leverett "B" quintet, which has lost six straight games, may gets its promising material organized soon. Junior Dave Heller, who helped Floyd Wilson trim down the size of the freshman squad, is going to coach the "B" Bunnies.

In hockey yesterday, Dudley beat Winthrop 4 to 2, and Kirkland polished off a weak Adams sextet, 5 to 0.
