A Leverett five that managed to keep practicing during exam period showed its proficiency yesterday by whipping Navy R.O.T.C. 45 to 21. The Bunnies pulled away from the Navy at the beginning, and led 22 to 9 at the half.
Lou Chizer's ten points and Dick Myers and Bill Curaan with eight led the Bunny quintet in scoring. The outmanned Navy team was handicapped by lack of conditioning and a lack of players, with only six men on the squad. Leverett lost its first three games but with this win extended its winning streak to three.
