Swordsmen Bent Wesleyan, Trinity; Freshmen Also Win

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Varsity fencers had a perfect Connecticut trip Wednesday. They trimmed Wesleyan 22 to 5 at Middletown in the afternoon, and then whipped Trinity at Hartford that evening, 20 to 7. The freshman fencers competed only at Wesleyan, winning 20 to 7.

High men for the Crimson were George McNair, who won all his six matches in folls competition, and Bob McConaughy, who took six in sabers. Jack Smith,' epee, and Harry Ziel, saber, both won five and lost one.

Both squads, bogged down by snow, did not reach Cambridge on the return trip until 4:00 yesterday morning.
