Yale University yesterday announced that it has received a gift of $400,000 from a, foundation established by the late George M. Brodman.
Yale President A. Whitney Griswold announced that the gift will be used to establish a Professorship of English Literature bearing Brodman's name. A member of the Class of 1905, Brodman died in 1950.
