Disqualification in one event cost Bill Brooks' freshman swimmers five points and a victory against Andover yesterday at the Blockhouse. The loss puts the first blotch on the Yardlings' previously undefeated record.
Although Andover won, 40 to 35, the score would have been reversed if the Crimson had not disqualified in the 150-yard medley relays. Andover's undefeated freestyler, Fred Henderson, was defeated, however, in both the 50 and 100-yard sprints, by Captain Al Rapper port and Mauricio Toro. Rapperport's time of 0:24 in the 50 ties a Harvard freshman record.
