Brown moves into the Blockhouse at 3:30 p.m. today with one of the toughest teams the Crimson varsity wrestlers will face all season. In the preliminaries at 2 p.m. Howie Houston's freshmen, trying to recover from a 16 to 14 defeat by Exeter, will have an equally difficult time against the Bruin cubs.
The Brown varsity lineup is strong in all positions, particularly at 130, with Mike McSherry, at 147 with Angus McLean and at 157 with Dana Eastham. All three men are undefeated.
Lee in 130-Pound Class
To score an upset, the Crimson must, and can, meet the Bruin challenge in these classes, with captain Johnny Lee at 130, Icko Iben at 147, and sophomore Chick Chandler in the 157-pound slot.
Ellie Bursk at 123, Frank Dewar at 137, Tony Caimi at 167, Dick Farrington at 177, and George Bates at heavyweight round out the squad.
