Rene Peroy's varsity fencers will try for their third consecutive league win when they meet M.I.T. in the Blockhouse at 7:30 p.m. tonight. The Crimson expects less trouble from Tech than they had beating Army, 14 to 12 last Saturday.
The varsity line-up includes Steve Chandler Jan Jertson, and Captain Eric Sollee in the foll competition; Bob McConaughy, Harry Ziel, and Byron Morton in the sabre division; and Ivan Chermayeff, George McNair, Les Scherer, and Jack Smith in the epee bouts.
Looking beyond today's M.I.T. match, the fencers come up against Columbia in the I.A.B. at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Lions are reputed to be the toughest team on the Crimson's schedule this year.
