Undefeated in intercollegiate competition this year, the varsity squash team travels to Amherst today to play a Lord Jeff squad which has never beaten the Crimson.
The "B" team defeated Lincoln's Inn yesterday, 4 to 1.
The first five men will play in the same positions today as they have all season. In order they are Charlie Ufford, Dave Watts, Hadden Tomes, Charlie Elliott, and Larry Brownell. A lineup in the lower spots has Johnny Rauh sixth, Guy Paschal seventh, Bill Wister eighth, and Mike Ward ninth. Steve Sonnabend will go along as alternate.
Coach Jack Barnaby may pass up the meet in deference to a head cold. Freshman coach Corey Wynn will go instead.
Ward, Paschal, Wister, Sonnabend, and Berk Johnson were in the lineup yesterday against Lincoln's Inn. Only Paschal dropped his match, and Johnson appears to be improving rapidly. He may well move onto the starting nine when he gets a little more practice; he has only been playing since the end of the soccer season.
