Tony Vente, night superintendent of Phillips Brooks House and former Golden Gloves Champion, pinch-hit for Santa Claus at the annual P.B.H. children's party yesterday afternoon.

The retired boxer has entertained students at P.B.H. for the past week practicing his "Ho! Ho! Ho!" in preparation for the 20 Cambridge youngsters who were entertained by the Brooks House Special Events Committee.
