NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

With one forfeit victory to their credit, the Crimson varsity wrestlers will meet a well-balanced--though not particularly dangerous--Amherst squad at 3 p.m. today in the Indoor Athletic Building.

Admission is free.

The wrestlers, scheduled to meet Boston University last Wednesday, gained a 1 to 0 victory as a Terriers failed to show up. At the last moment, M.I.T. was substituted, and an informal match--which, however, did not count in official standings--was held. The Crimson won.

24 to 8, taking six of the eight matches.

Al Muggla, who lost a decision at 123, pinned, were the Crimson's only losers. Coach Bob pickets has shifted Muggia to the 130-pound class, and now has sophomore Don Fern at 123. Bates has been replaced at Heavyweight for this meet by another sophomore, Time Anderson. Anderson wrestled for last year's freshman team, and this fall played tackle for the varsity football team.

Many Sophomores

According to Pickett, the Lord Jeffs have outstanding men at 130 and 167. In the latter class, Pickett will counter with junior Chick Chandler, one of the most consistent performers for the 1951-52 squad.

The starting line-up is heavily weighted with sophomores. Five men from the class of '55 will wrestle: Fern, Pete Hiam at 137, Lon Miller at 157, Ken Culbert at 177, and Anderson. Two juniors--Muggia and Chandler--Have starting slots, and one senior--Bud Adams at 147--will wrestle.
